- 2.3Cooperation of relevant person/s involved in the electrical investigation is sought and obtained
- 2.4Recreation of incident situation is undertaken and conducted in accordance with WHS/OHS requirements and workplace safety procedures
- 2.5Witnesses to the incident are interviewed in accordance with privacy principles, workplace procedures and protocols to determine the circumstances of the incident
