What happens after it generates
Generating is the easy part. The rest is what makes the output defensible.
- Review and approval — Every document moves through draft, review and approved, with a signature captured on sign-off. Editing an approved document reopens it rather than quietly changing it.
- Version history — Every save, AI edit and restore is a version you can preview and roll back to.
- Consistency checking — When you change an assessment, the documents written from it are re-checked against it — and anything that has drifted is flagged, with the option to have it fixed.
- Illustrations — Learner guides can be illustrated with generated photos and diagrams, in a house style you set.
- Your branding — Your logo, colours and RTO details on everything. Several trading names if you run them.
- Real file formats — A branded PDF and an editable Word file for every document, PowerPoint for slide decks, and a ZIP package with your own attachments alongside.
A human still signs off
